Getting Started
After you have obtained your licenses, you will be appointed to our Reserve-agent
program where you'll begin training to learn our various products and the selling
skills needed to become a successful Farmers agent.
Our program gives you the training you need with the flexibility to transition into
your new career at your own pace. It is so flexible that it allows you to keep your
current job and start part-time. With day and evening classes, you can incorporate
training into your busy lifestyle. This will allow you the opportunity to evaluate
if this is a good fit for you as well as give us an opportunity to see if you are
a good fit for us
Once you have completed your training, we'll begin to establish your marketing systems
and assist you with your initial sales presentations. After you've completed the
reserve-agent program and demonstrated you posses the ability and marketing skills
to be successful, you will be considered to join us on a full-time basis.
If selected, you'll be appointed to our two year Career-agent-training program.
During this time, we'll assist and mentor you and your staff in developing your
business.
